2025 Annual Earnings Highlights

Key Highlights

Strong Profit Growth Reported Total Net Income increased 30% to $131.3M in 2025; Diluted EPS grew 29% to $6.72 per Class A share.
NIM Expansion Driven by Costs Total Net Interest Margin expanded to 5.05% from 4.85% in 2024, primarily due to lower interest-bearing deposit costs.
Reduced Credit Provisioning Total Provision for Credit Losses significantly decreased to a net charge of $31.6M in 2025, down from $54.4M in 2024.
Core Bank Deposit Growth Core Bank deposits increased 4% to $4.81B by year-end 2025, driven by growth in interest-bearing balances.

Risk Factors

Major TRS Contract Expiration Largest Tax Provider contract expired October 2025; management does not expect replacement revenue for the 2026 Tax Season.
High Uninsured Deposit Ratio 41% of total deposits, approximately $2.2B, were uninsured as of December 31, 2025, posing potential liquidity risk.
Interest Rate Sensitivity Profile Asset-sensitive profile means falling interest rates negatively impact NII; deposit betas are assumed less favorable going forward.
High RCS Segment Credit Risk RCS segment loans carry higher credit risk; LOC II portfolio maintains a high ACLL coverage ratio of 70.63%.

Outlook

Uncertainty in TRS Revenue Management does not believe the net revenue lost from the expired TRS Tax Provider contract will be replaced during 2026.
Stable Traditional Banking NIM Traditional Banking NIM is expected to remain near current levels, dependent on stable funding costs and loan yields.
Continued Digital Investment Company expects strong competition from FinTechs, necessitating continued investment in digital capabilities and operational infrastructure.
Loan Portfolio Reclassification Sale of St. Louis-based RBF operations finalized in Q1 2026, resulting in a $6M gain, impacting future period comparability.
