2025 Annual Earnings Highlights

Key Highlights

Product Revenue Growth Product revenues increased 1% to $719.9M; BAQSIMI sales surged 46% to $185.4M after assuming global distribution responsibilities.
Net Income Decline Net income fell 38.5% to $98.1M; Gross profit decreased 5% to $356.1M due to lower pricing on key legacy products.
Key Product Sales Shifts Glucagon sales dropped 36% due to competition and shift to ready-to-use products; Epinephrine sales fell 25% due to volume decrease.

Risk Factors

Top Product Revenue Concentration BAQSIMI, Primatene MIST, Glucagon, Epinephrine represent significant revenue; pricing decline or demand failure materially harms financial position.
Supply Chain Single Source Reliance Success depends on supply chain integrity; reliance on single-source suppliers and CMOs for BAQSIMI manufacture poses significant disruption risk.
Intense Generic Competition Intense industry competition limits growth; brand efforts impede generic market penetration, potentially rendering products obsolete or noncompetitive.
China Operations Geopolitical Risk Manufacturing presence in China exposes operations to political unrest, tariffs, and trade policy changes, potentially disrupting supply chain.

Outlook

Strategy Focus on Innovation Long-term strategy shifts development focus toward higher-value proprietary and biosimilar programs leveraging technical capabilities.
Manufacturing Capacity Expansion Planning capacity increase at Rancho Cucamonga facility aiming to eventually quadruple unit production volume for near-term adequacy.
Pipeline Advancement Goals Developing over ten product candidates, including interchangeable insulin analogs (AMP-004, AMP-005) targeting high-demand diabetes care sector.
Leveraging Vertical Integration Utilize vertically integrated infrastructure to drive operational efficiencies, control API supply, and support technically challenging product development.
