2025 Q3 Earnings Highlights

Key Highlights

Strong Cash Balance Growth Cash and equivalents increased $19.5M to $89.7M, reflecting strong liquidity position despite lower operating cash flow timing.
Quarterly Net Income Surges Quarterly net income reached $12.4M, a $4.6M increase from prior year, driven by higher revenue and gross profit.
Acquisition Earn-out Income Recognized $1.6M other income from reversal of contingent earn-out liability related to USA Refrigerants Acquisition in Q3 2025.
Working Capital Expansion Working capital grew $22.6M to $170.3M; $40M borrowing availability remains unused under the Amended Wells Fargo Facility.

Risk Factors

Operating Cash Flow Drop Operating cash flow decreased $41.7M to $29.4M for nine months, primarily due to timing impacts on working capital components.
Gross Margin Pressure Nine-month gross margin fell to 29% from 30%, resulting from lower average selling prices of refrigerant sold during the period.
Key Customer Reliance Loss of principal customer DLA, accounting for over 10% revenue and receivables, poses material adverse risk to operations.
Refrigerant Supply Volatility Reliance on sourcing refrigerants under regulatory phase-down creates risk of supply shortages or unfavorable pricing terms affecting results.

Outlook

AIM Act Compliance Focus Management monitors EPA AIM Act rules affecting virgin HFCs; reclamation activities remain unrestricted by the allowance system.
Credit Facility Maturity Company expects to meet working capital needs; Amended Wells Fargo Facility commitments expire in full on March 2, 2027.
Acquisition Benefits Realization Focus remains on realizing benefits from USA Refrigerants Acquisition, expanding distribution and strengthening refrigerant reclamation capabilities.
Share Repurchase Activity Repurchase program allows discretionary buying up to $20M total; $4.2M remaining availability for share purchases as of September 30, 2025.
