Doors Segment Revenue Surges Doors segment net sales increased 47% to $2.125B, primarily due to the full year impact of the Masonite acquisition.

Trade Policy Uncertainty Government trade actions, including tariffs, create uncertainty impacting supply chains, increasing costs, and affecting financial results.
Outlook
Focus on Core Building Products Strategy reshapes focus to North American/European building products following the Glass Reinforcements divestiture completion.
Roofing Demand Expected Easing Roofing segment expects non-discretionary roof replacement activity to ease in the near-term; managing costs remains focus.
Doors Market Remains Challenged Doors segment anticipates North America construction and repair/remodel activity remaining soft due to weak macro outlook.
