Customer Concentration Risk Highlighted Substantial revenue relies on top customers; loss or significant usage reduction by major customers would severely harm revenue.
Supply Chain Cost Pressures Component delays, shortages, or price increases interrupt server construction, materially harming operating results and capacity expansion.
History of Operating Losses History of operating losses makes evaluating current prospects difficult and increases overall investment risk associated with the stock.

Outlook

Continued Platform Infrastructure Investment Expect continued investment in R&D and network infrastructure to expand capacity and introduce new features to maintain market position.
Focus on Enterprise Sales Growth Increase direct sales force and marketing spend, focusing on acquiring global enterprise customers and expanding existing usage.
Liquidity Position Remains Strong Cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities totaled $342.9M as of September 30, 2025, supporting working capital needs.
Managing Growth Complexity Growth requires establishing mature organizational designs and improving administrative, financial, and operational systems and controls.
